We have a large home; rarely go into guest areas. Maids are supposed to turn off lights and close room door when finished. About a week later I 'opened' the closed guest bathroom and turned ON the light. Why a week later? There was water leaking through the ceiling and out my garage. The photo attached; and there are more, shows they left the bathtub full; and it looks as if they cleaned a floor mop in the tub as people used to do. The water had become brackish and the drain was 90% clogged with reddish gunk. We had NO guests for months. I Called USAA and a plumber the day I saw this. That cost us our deductible and the insurance co; a total of $3500. USAA claimed against Molly Maid's insurance company, Philadelphia. In spite of photos, statements, even a statement from the plumber, I simply got a letter from USAA's subrogation group that: Molly Maid's insurer denied the claim as not enough evidence. So don't think you will ever get reimbursed for anything damaged in your home; unless you take a photo of their employee actually doing something real time. I've had several items broken; but never would have reported those; as I never wanted to cause someone a problem, BUT THIS? All we were seeking was the $1000 deductible. Now we will have to go to court. This is simply to warn prospective customers to understand that brochures with promises of bonded and insured are only words printed on the brochure. We weren't even taken seriously. An excerpt from my contact with Brandy/Molly Maids: (my zip is 78248) "Brandy, these are the same photos requested and sent to USAA, on October 23rd. There are 3 contractors involved; the final estimate for the construction (drywall and repaint) was received by USAA today. Our adjuster called about 45 min ago. When that particular last bill is received I will send it as well. Thank You for listening and discussing. It is my request that Molly Maids mitigate this claim to at least reimburse us for our portion of expenses itemized below. Kathy Kraft ". No response.

My House was Filthy

I paid $355 for Molly maids to come clean my house and they did a HORRIBLE job. They left the whole house filthy. I gave them pictures and they didn't care. I had to pay full price for a half clean house.

Never received clock. They ssid it had shipped.

Ordered for Christmas 2020.. ordered in Octtober. Can not believe this happened. Ewould not reccomend to anyone!!!

Needs to be said

point blank asked for my final check and she denied me saying I had to turn in my shirt, plus all of the equipment and cleaning supplies are old. And honestly although of teams half butt clean the houses to give the appearance of looking clean

User's recommendation: If you use this service please look they're really in your house to make sure that your rooms have been properly cleaned.

I purchased an ammo clock from this company. I kept checking in the order status. After 6 weeks I contacted the company. I was told the the product would be shipped soon. After another month I contacted this company again. A week later I received an email stating it shipped. After 2 weeks I contacted this company again. I received no response. After a week I contacted this company again. No response. Stay away from this company. Looks as if I've lost this money.

You were hired by the seller to do a cleanup for me to move into my house. For some reason you did not do a thorough cleaning of the house. The minute I walked into my kitchen I could see the dust fur

Dust fur in the kitchen on the refrigerator, bathroom mirrors partially cleaned, oven partially cleaned, windows with streaks. What is going on with Molly Maids?

Order placed Aug 2020

I ordered two Christmas presents in August 2020 and as of 12/15/20 I have not received them yet! They sent an email on 11/9/20 saying there was a delay and if I wanted a refund or wait until more weeks for the order. I emailed back that I wanted to continue with the order. I have tried emailing them several times in the past week, but no response and I cannot locate a phone number in order to call them. DD

Terrible cleaning job. I paid 287.00 for a deep cleaning got $100 light cleaning.

Very lazy workers . wouldn't move anything out of the way. left dust behind furniture and had to tell them to clean ceiling fans. did not open a door to clean closet floor. Extremely poor. Was going to use as every two weeks service but will not. Beside that I will never call them again. Lazy. not interested in doing a good job. In addition person who answers phone (818-639-**** is rude and never e mailed me an invoice as promised. Poor customer service skills.

Horrible Bookkeeping

I hired Molly Maids on a monthly basis. I loved their initial cleaning because my house smelled fresh and clean. However, this month I confirmed my appointment for today and she had the audacity to ask for my credit card when I already made prior arrangements with the owner. I paid with a credit card for my cleanings. She said that she could not find my last payment and she would need my credit card to pay it. Although I found the payment in my credit card statement. It was 195.00 for the July 2020 cleaning.

The team came in today 7/28/2020. I explained I did not like the one girl who came out last week explaining she virtually did nothing. Today experience was totally different. The two girls who came today were courteous Professional and Meticulous. They showed an excellent example of your mission statement and the two women are an asset to your company which everyone should aspire to.

Stolen Jewelry

Molly Maid service employees cleaned our home and after leaving I discovered an expensive diamond bracelet missing. I wore it three days before they came and place it in my jewel box in its normal place. No one has been in my home for over a month, until the two Molly Maid employees came to clean. I called the Office Manager, who came to my home and filed a report with him. I also filed a police report with the officer who came to our home. The Molly Maid Office Manager has not responded in over a week. The police officer said that they have a number of theft reports on this company.

We scheduled a “moving clean out” with Molly Maids, and the service was anything but professional. The house was essentially empty - meaning there were no obstacles in their way - and in the 2.5 hrs they spent here they: - didn’t clean our cabinets - didn’t clean our baseboards - didn’t clean the floors properly (leaving a cleaning agent on the floor when they left) - didn’t even touch our toilets & - LEFT OUR WINDOWS OPEN when they left... creating a health hazard, as it was nearly freezing temperatures outside last night, AND leaving my family vulnerable to a break in. The franchise GM - Jorge Alonso - and team were CRYSTAL clear about their policies regarding “no refunds”, never attempted to make the situation right, and went into self defense mode... rather than attempting to work towards a solution. I demanded a refund, because (1) the service was anything but professional and (2) they left my family in a potentially unsafe position by leaving my windows open. When I explain this to the franchise GM, I was essentially laughed at by Jorge Alonso. At this point I am requesting to be contacted by anyone in the corporate office that would be willing to hear my complaint in further detail - and more than the desire for a refund, at this point I would simply like to let corporate know what a terrible representative you have in Jorge Alonso and his team. If you were wise and used a credit card to pay, then dispute the charge and see what happens. If nothing else, the company will incur a (usually)$25 dispute charge imposed on them by the card issuer.

I hired them to clean my dads house as a Christmas gift this year and they did a terrible job. I asked them to not go over 2 hours (due to pricing) so I was going to be understanding that not everything was going to get done but they didnt vacuum the stairs, dust corners/cobwebs, dust the heating vents, and they only cleaned 1 of the 4 bedrooms in his house. In addition to a bad cleaning, their customer service is terrible. I have called and left 2 voicemails and have no received a call backin 3 weeks. They are screening my phone number and not answer when I call. I had my boyfriend call off of his phone and they picked right up. VERY TERRIBLE COMPANY.

DO NOT USE MOLLY MAID

Have struggled weekly with them, we have to call every week because they are blatant about not cleaning, leaving floors not vacuumed, toilets uncleaned. We have them on camera doing nothing. Called Gina the office manager and she laughs about the fact that one of her girls made a smart *** comment to our ring doorbell. Call Merry Maids or anyone else. You will throw your money away and the franchises will refuse to call you or take any responsibility.

I worked for this company for about one year , my six month was fine . them they needed someone to drive, I became team leader few month past started to change. The helper in general were not consistent with their job. i had good ones but they left. Basecaly to be in the position was very stressfull having to drive, filling out papers. It was point i have to give up so if anyone wants to be team leader i won't recomend.
