Molly Maid - Bad Service and a terrible cleaning job!
I called these geniuses for a one time house cleaning because my regular service wasn't available. I made the appointment and they had to send someone out to give me an estimate.
Once the lady came out for the estimate, they had booked over the day and time I had reserved initially and wouldn't budge. They also said it would take 4 to 5 hours to clean my tiny house!!!! They ended up only spending 1 hour 45 minutes. They barely dusted and when they did, it was only around things, leaving dust on pictures and under tables.
They didn't dust the bookshelves or my piano. They didn't dust under furniture and only around tables. They didn't clean anything above 5 feet, leaving ceiling fans, doors and light fixtures untouched. They did not even vacuum under the dining room table.
I don't think they even mopped the bathroom floor either. The kitchen baseboards weren't cleaned and after specifically saying they would clean inside the microwave, they didn't! It was a superficial and shoddy job.
To top it all off, they dumped their loose vacuum dust in my recycling bin!!!! I would not recommend them unless you follow them around to be sure they are doing their job.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
