Molly Maid services has been cleaning my house for 10 ish years and they have repeatedly stolen things. They have stolen expensive makeup and expensive, wireless speakers! Watch out for some of their employees.

First of all NO ONE called me to set up time when team would be at my home. I was not at home and received a call that they were waiting for me.
I arrived at home 9:15 a.m. Every single item that they cleaned was moved and NOT put back where it was. I was told they could not move appliances out, so I MOVED them and she cleaned behind them. They were done at 11:15.
$80/hour times 3 is $240?? RIGHT??? I was CHARGED $300. I called and left message last Saturday, no one retired my call.
I called today and spoke to woman who told me I was charged for WAIT TIME? What? If someone would have called to schedule appointment I would have been here.
Supposedly tomorrow my credit card will be reimbursed. It better be.

Unsatisfied with Care or service
I have never heard back from them at all. The do NOT seem to care about return service at this branch.
They apparently have enough customers and do not wish to grow or keep those they HAD happy.
Done with them completely. I have already put in a request at another...
Sliding glass door tracts have dust and spider webs, indicating they were not vacuumed, right after a visit. Baseboards are not touched and candles are not dusted. Maids take personal calls - I work from a home office and find this distraction may be the cause of a lead maid to not be attentive to their assistant or basic cleaning in a reasonable time frame. When I called to have different maids I never received a call back.
When I called the offices they were unconcerned. When I informed them that I would no longer be a client I was told "thank you for calling" and they hung up.

Preferred solution: I replied to an email review for services and expressed my complaint, it went unattended. I will be changing companies. Unless you change your owner in this area there is no solution.
Ruined my cabinets Sarasota Fl
Aside from the fact that they didn't clean my kitchen sink and windows were streaked and fingerprints were all over my kitchen table , my new kitchen cabinets are now scratched looking where they cleaned them. I called and they sent a girl here to access the problem.
She told me there is nothing they do and they are not cabinet people. They use micro fiber rags and it could not have happened ! Well I am standing there showing her it did happen! I clean my cabinets all the time and I use a micro fiber rag and they don't look this way!
She told me they use a de greaser. And it looks more like it dull and scratched!! I askeher have the boss call me when she got back to the office yesterday. No phone call as of yet!
We all know how much kitchen cabinets are new!
I am so pissed off ! ( they are dark espresso so it is very noticeable to me now)
I clean my own home and should have never trusted anyone !

Bonded and insured" should be removed from their advertisement.
We had Mollymaid for years until last year.Over a few vista we were robbed by Molly Maid employees because we were missing brand new jewelry and alcohol just purchased the final visit . The company does not stand behind their claims of insured and bonded.
We called the police, the cleaners were questioned and one refused to answer any, the other abruptly quit. We called Molly Maid's insurance company who stated unless the cleaners were charged and convicted there is no claim and to claim through our own insurance. So we have contacted a lawyer, it's over five thousand dollars. Thi company throughout the process were totally disinterested and found it to be an annoyance and did not even care we were twenty year clients.
So, we are proceeding with another way. Left at the side of the road in Unionville.

I'm Jerry Moore on March the 10th I had Molly maid come my new home to clean before I moved in on the 11th of March. The floors where still wet when they left and I thought ok but the next morning when my wife and daughter arrived ahead of the movers, the floors where still dusty, see we had travertine tile floors put in and there was a lot of dust, that is why I wanted base boards and floors clean and a wipe down of cabinets and bath rooms.
Called Molly maid on the 11th told me they would have someone out in an hour, they where late and when they showed the movers where already moving in.
One of the women came in took her hand wiped the floor and hand was white with dust needless to say they could not correct the problem then, but when called on issue talked to the manager she said that was tough they have a 24 hour rule. Shure would not do anything with this company and would not recommend any one else to do anything with the company they do not stand for the work they do.

Told one price - given another!
Fool me once...
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
I should have known better than to hire from this pool of ineptitude again. I used them for a few months last year, but eventually cancelled my subscription service after they repeatedly left my house with the door to my front closet closed - the closet where I keep the two very obvious litter boxes for my cats. They had also had to come back multiple times and redo their poor cleaning efforts.
So recently I really needed some help getting my house clean before some overnight guests arrived, and I called them back for a single, focused visit ("please, just clean the bathrooms thoroughly and scrub the floors"). When I get home on the evening of their cleaning, I once again find my front closet door closed (despite an assurance from the manager that this was noted as a request in my file). And when I head upstairs, all I can smell is ***, as one of my cats couldn't hold it and laid a big messy job on the carpet under my dining room table. It's a simple instruction: DO NOT CLOSE THE FRONT CLOSET AND BLOCK THE LITTER BOXES!!
I will never EVER do business with these *** again. Ever.

Horrible! Worst $200 I have ever spent.
Scheduled at 1, showed at 10! Ringing and knocking! All we heard was we don't do that. Was in my home for 3 hours!
That's the quality of cleaning. No! Lady used a hose on her vacuum for over 10 minutes to pick 2 leaves up in living room. I have 30 more pictures.
Never even touched my room, or bathroom! Times up times up no finish u clean no more time.
I could of paid a child half that and would received more for my money. I want my money back now!
