This is why I went to Wilson's Residential services. 615-767-****. Couldn't deal with Molly Maid. Now I get my house cleaned better for half of what these$$ ripoff $$artists charge.

WALKED OUT OF HOME CAUSE OF INTERACIAL MARRIAGE AFTER SIGNING CLEANING CONTRACT!!!

Two members of the Rochester Hills, MI office, arrived at our home 20 minutes late for the first cleaning, they were questioned they came back down about lateness without providing a phone call to inform us that they would be late. Upon their non acceptable response they were directed that they must inform us when they would be late of the contracted time. When they were directed to the upstairs where my Afro-American son was (I was not able to accompany due to disability) they came back down and left our home without explanation. Upon contacting the office we were told that the workers felt "UNSAFE" in our home and when asked upon what circumstances the manager failed to send a replacement crew and violated the terms of the signed contract. This whole incident was based on the underlying racial tones because my son (26 yrs old) is Afro-American!!! And the attitude of the manager of the Rochester Hills office was very rude and unwilling to cooperate in resolving the matter. DO NOT HIRE THIS OFFICE TO DO YOUR CLEANING. THEY ARE VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I can relate to your problems to some degree the office by me in bergenfield NJ just ran things as they saw fit, my problem was I am dealing with 2 82 year old seniors with memory problems. Now then my father 82 who also has parkinson's usually wears his robe instead of getting dressed you want there is only so much I can do alone, and for some screwy reason the crew never for the life of me emptied out a basket in a bathroom while that is petty they were paid to do a job and it wasn't getting done.

Molly Maid Cleaning Service Review

Do not ever hire Molly Maid. Worst cleaning service ever. Missed obvious areas, and when I called and talked to the owner, she was extremely rude. I have hired a different service to get the quality clean I would like, MaidPro. Save yourself the disappointment and money.. They are awful!

MOLLY MAID Ottawa Central’s goal is to always provide the best service to our customers and try to find the most effective way to reach a positive outcome to an unfavorable situation. This customer was contacted and a resolution to her complaints was offered and the customer accepted. It is unfortunate that this customer felt we didn’t meet their needs but feel that we did rectify the situation to their satisfaction.

THE MOST POORLY RUN AND RUDE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH

I decided to use Molly Maids on Staten Island, for the very first time, and thank GOD it will be the last time. The telephone & cleaning staff leaves a LOT to be desired. The very first visit they gave me a time of 1-3 and showed up at 9am with NO call. When they were here, i noticed she was using a vacuum that wasn't working, and her co-worker had to explain how to use it, so 45 minutes was wasted and had to be done again. They left tables undone, floors still dirty, and an over all bad job for $362 dollars. I called, complained and after many many mannny conversations with the 1 woman who answers phones, they finally agreed that it was a job poorly done and would come back today ( 1-31-14) and do it for free between 1 - 3pm. At 3 pm I called Giselda and was informed that she didnt have me on the schedule... I said how can that be, when you were the same person who took the complaint and assigned me the date.. her answer.. " im alone here and I cant do everything" NEVER NEVER NEVER USE MOLLY MAIDS

Prior to my move in, the home was to be cleaned and it was a terrible job! Months later, I continue to find areas that were not touched evidenced by items left in cupboards ,blinds coated by dust,etc.

I called to report that and spoke to a customer service person 2x and then,nothing. I still would like my blinds to be clean and the windows washed!

First time cleaning my butt

the team of 2 showed up and in less then an hour and a half tell me they were done....in my opinion they never started... while they were hear a supervisor stopped by and even she told them to redo the bathroom downstairs to which both workers said they already did ....so if the supervisor said to redo it you know it was not done correctly....as they were leaving i tried to question them about the lack of cleaning in the kitchen but they told me they were done and left. then i started to look over the whole house to discovered they never dusted my tvs, or table tops in the living areas, the kitchen counters were never wiped down and the floor was never done, my cat hair (which i had mentioned both on the phone and when they got here that i had pets) was all over the furniture, and the upstairs bathroom floor was not done at all. So much for trying to save time preping for the holidays...not only was i ripped off $150 but i had to reclean everything between last night and this morning. total *** on the customer satisfactory also..when i called to complain they told me i would get a $25 credit for my next cleaning....like they think i would ever use them again ........molly maid sucks!!!

Rude Office Staff... Last Min Calls for appointments

I get a call at about 8 am from Angie at the Easton PA location , to tell me that the cleaners were on their way to my address. Now my address is a home and the upstairs there are three offices in which I run my social media website out of. One my family members was very ill that day and we had a lot going in the office that morning so i called her back to cancel. She starts flipping out on me telling me that she is booked for the next few weeks and its not fair to the girls that they have to spend 4-5 hours at my location when they come and so on... I understand that but come on now is this not a cleaning company and she is complaining about the workers cleaning smh. So a few weeks went by and I called to schedule an appointment so I knew when they were coming. She must have been waiting for me to call because the other girl answered and then she gave the phone right to Angie. Then Angie starts flipping out on me AGAIN talking about how the girls get paid, Im sorry but I could careless on how they get paid this is her company not mine. And she continues to complain and *** at me so i told her she just lost a customer and I will make sure every site that I can possibly make a review there will be a horrible review on all of them!!! So people with that being said unless you want to be yelled at everytime you need your house or office cleaned DO NOT CALL MOLLY MAIDS.

Maybe if the woman paid her employees a fair wage and wasn't a vicious, snide, rude crabapple, there would have been no problem!

It is NOT fair to the customer to pay hundreds of dollars for poor quality of work. It is NOT fair to the customer that the majority of maids sent to do cleaning are improperly trained, vastly underpaid (you DO realise, we work only by commission, correct?

We see only 15 or 18% of the hundreds you pay, and even that is based by how long we take!) and for the most part have terrible attitude problems.

Mistreating employees by speaking to them in a demeaning way, by underpaying them, by neglecting to train them, by failing to do drug tests and background checks, by promoting only those with bad manners & rudeness while being a bully to those who are genuinely kind...it ALWAYS results in financial loss and franchise failure for the supervisor, poverty for the employees, and a terrible quality of work for the customer.

In other words: Go small, go local...Go Independent Housekeepers! ^_^

You are very immature for posting this and just make yourself sound snobby. If the girls were scheduled to work on that day, that means the owner was expecting to get that income from you.

She obviously still has to pay the girls, so now she had to pay them out of her own pocket, therefore she is losing money. So of course she was pissed! Because during that time they could have been cleaning someone else's house, making money. It's not their problem that you had to cancel.

I hope you had to pay a penalty fee of some sort so they could get some money back. I'm a personal trainer, and ever since I put the 24 hour cancellation rule in place, I have had a lot less last minute cancellations. Because people dont want to lose their money.

People like you think you can do things as you please and dont think of the impact it create on the other party. You should have cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, I guarantee you that they would not have been as pissed of!

I have had mollymaid clean for me and I have always been happy with the service and the office staff. If Angie flipped out which I find hard to believe there must be more to it.

How many times was service cancelled that it would take 4-5 hours to be cleaned? How dirty was it?

Disrespectful employee

Had Molly maids out to clean house after construction, house is empty so no furniture to move. Clean windows, closets, bathrooms,2 refrig. Told them everything I needed. Showed them the shudders in the dinning room were really bad. I had to have her go over bathrooms 2 times. She got an attitude with that. Then I had her do shudders again cause they still too were dirty. I went to look at them told her they still look like they weren't clean and with that she started screaming at me. Call her boss told him to come and deal with me cause she wasn't. The boss shows up.Walked in asked me what happened said he has never had any problems like this and took her outside and talked to her. He looked at the shudders licked his finger and wiped off the dirt. He did see they were still not clean. He never apologized to me for his employees rudeness, he stayed with them until they were done. I told him I can't believe he wasn't going to make her apologized he just said he didn't want to fuel the fire. WHAT! They kept using the same dirty rage so how can things get cleaned right! She also told me that if I wanted it cleaned really fine and detailed I should of specified that when I called WHAT! If I am paying someone 40.00 hr to clean my house it better be detailed. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Request for deep cleaning not provided as promised

Kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. Stove burners not cleaned and one element broken. Kitchen floor only mopped with water and I had to het down and scrubs stains after they left. Marks that could have been removed with microfiber cloth were not. In hall bath I believe cleaner used was my hand cleaner as the bottle was almost empty. Cabinets in both baths not cleaned. On a previous visit broke bath window valance. Place did not smell lije it had been cleaned. They spent nearly 4.5 - 5 hours and this stuff not taken care of. Called and explained grime on kitchen cabinets still there and dusty. I was not available the next day so they would not return. When Ana Alicia was running the business you could tell that your house had been cleaned but with this new group they are not nearly as good. I don't request service much I've prprobably been using since 1996. I will not be using again. Also any cleaning service now should be using microfiber cloth, magic eraser and hepa filtered vacuums. If you are looking for a cleaning person that you can train, you will have to hire your own personal maid. The things that you listed that weren't done aren't deep cleaning and the people that I know that have personal maids hire extra help for the real deep cleaning. If your complaints were so serious, you could have made arrangements to be home the next day.

Bad bussiness

I would like to start off by saying that your staten island office operated by sebastion costa is a sham and a complete mess. I have never worked for such a unorganized and disrespectful person in my life not to mention a liar.

When i started working i signed a form that stated i would be paid $8 hr while in trainging and then 18% partner after that and 20% when i become a leader. I was also supposed to get two uniform shirts but was given one old worn out shirt and was told i had to share it. But when i got my first check in the morning on friday 8 2013 before i even opened it mr costa says if theres any problem with it let me know on monday becuse i will not be in the rest of the day i have to get surgery on my knee. ok i said so i when home and reviewed my check and compared it to my notes for each day i worked it did not have the correct amount.

so i told him on monday 11 2013 and he snaped at me. Thats impossible he said. thought that was ever unproffessional and was upset so i walked way and sat down. A few minutes later he calls me to the office and we go over my pay not only was i missing an hr and a half from my few days of training instead of two week training as per the employee agreement.

he also paid me based on 16% commission instead of 18% as per the employee agreement. After having a slightly heated disscussion about it he says ok your right ill fix your pay and give you the 18% and the hour and a half i owe you. but please dont tell the other girls. Now im thinking somethings not right why is this a secret?

but i finished my day and that was that but today tuesday 12 2013 i come in to work and sit down for our morning meeting and mr costa brings up the topic of pay rates once again. He states that while in training you get $8 then 16% for training then 18% partner then 20% leader. But these are subject to change at any time of his liking. Do you all understand?

So being that this is a meeting its an open disscussion and becused he asked a question i asked didnt we sign an agreement that it would be $8 hr training and then 18% partner then 20% leader. at no point did he state at the time of hiring that it would be a sliding scale. his excuse was as he said it every nasty to me in front of other coworkers well I'm not making enough money. So that's how it is.

then he says i have discussed with you meaning me what we will look into your situation independently even though i don't like doing that i will. I said OK. Then he asked the other worker if they have anything to add too afraid to speak up then hold there heads down while guesturing no. the meeting finally finishes late as usual and before i get to join my team of three in the car he calls me to the office.

We start discussing the pay rate once again and he says if u want to go over and take a look at the agreement you signed i can do that but these are my terms i will pay you 18% for your past work that you think we agreed on but from now on you will get 16 % untill you become partner then 18% then 20%. So i asked to see the agreement form i signed so i could look over it again and he refused to give it to me. And started yelling at me that if i didn't like it i could leave. I was out raged that i was being treated this was and once again he was not committing to his word.

I asked why cant i see the form he says i dont have to show it to you. This office is being ran completely on his terms and not that of molly maids. I had no choice but to resign due to the untolerable treatment and lyies that were obviously made clear. I informed mr.

costa that i would be contacting you about this and he yells at me and says am i threatening him? My reply is was calmly i said no im not i am simply telling you that i will be contacting the main office and informing them of my terrible experience with you. The uniforms that have to be shared are tattered and worn out. The equipment is sub par and falling apart.

The cars are disgusting.

Im sorry to say but if this is the way molly maids lets there independent owners operate you have a serious liability on your hands. I would never recommend this company to any one looking for a job or cleaning service.

Molly maids is a rip off!!!

I payed them a 150$. Only bc I called and find d out they were going to charge me 300$ an empty apart 1/1. The only thing they cleaned in 2.5 hrs was fridge, bathroom and *** mopped floors. I had to reclean my apart after they supp cleaned it. I called to complain at local off and lady said bc there wAs a confussion w quotas they stayed for free for 30 more min and have no idea what they did for that extra time. Top of fridge was SO dirty, microwave never done Do not use them ever ! If I don't get my $ back I will file complaint w BBB

I am glad I found this site, nice to know the company just all around sucks - cant disagree with the comments below, was my experience as well. I had to terminate services two days ago. The owner of the franchise, Faye called me an hour ago and was completely hostile. She was making up stories about how I called her cleaners in the middle of the night....I was what are you talking about.? I believe my cell phone records will prove otherwise. They would show up unannounced to clean, and I never scheduled them. The would just show up and start banging on the door and calling me - it was then I knew they needed to be terminated!

Mollymaid in austin

mollymaid 7801 n.lamar austin tx. Harry,the owner yells at his employees and says we are replaceable. alejandra,the manager works us long hrs.we can't get our lunch break and we work 12 hrs and no overtime pay.also there is family working there alejandra,mariana lima and alejandra's husband ask anyone of the maids they will tell the truth. there are not suppose to be family working under the same boss its against the law in texas.someone please investigate of what's going on in that company.also they make us clean 5,6 houses per day with only team of 2,the other companies have a team of 4 to be able to clean that many homes.overworked.please help us.

The truth is....you are...replaceable.....I dont say that out of meanness...but it is the sad truth with today's labor market. If you feel that you are being over worked or that labor laws are not being adhered to......contact your state's labor department office....I am sure they have an ombudsman or representative you can pass your compliants on to......BUT BE CAREFUL FOR WHAT YOU WISH.......might want to have a second job lined up

we have been using Molly maids for 2 years in midlothain TX over the last six months we have had issues with poor dusting, bathrooms not completely cleaned, trash cans with no liners and last week I had day surgery came home early to find the Maids gone and my front door standing wide open at 1pm are normal time home any other day would mean my home would have been wide open to the world for5 to 6 hours when we called the response was oh well sorry ..my wife and I decided lets try them one more time so today no trash can liner in the bathroom again and the area around my sink still dirty but My wife's side was clean seems like they are ok doing half I am in the commercial refrigeration business if I provided this kind of service I would be out of customers is anyone listening because I am tired of calling to complain

Scheduling for my parents

I have always had very good service with Molly Maid (scheduled as needed) such good service that I told my parents. I guess a lot has changed with their company because I can't get anyone that called me back from my registering online to be any help at all and then when i actually talked to someone, they want you to schedule immediately. This is definitely not the company I have known for the last 5 years. Expected to type 100 words for this site, really? Why should I enter more words if what I am saying is direct.
