I submitted an online request. I was called back and booked an appointment on my moving day.
Nobody showed up at the appointed time, I had a filthy house to move into. I tried to call the local office and they were "unavailable" for the 4 hours I called repeatedly. I kept getting thrown to the Toronto office who couldn't help.
I was told they would let the Nanaimo office my concerns and have them call me back. 2 days later I have yet to receive a call!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
